I'm 16 and overweight, haven't weighed myself in a bit, but i would like to start working out and doing cardio to loose weight, i have tried alot of times before, but i loose motivation fast, honestly i would prefer to play a fun video game then go for a run, i finally got into a habit of going for a mile jog each day, but i got shin splints fast. Theres a YMCA i have a membership to within a 20 minute walk of me, if i were to walk there each day what should i do to loose weight, i want to loose it fast because i loose motivation when i don't see results right away, i'm not the most patient person in the world.
so could you explain to me exactly what cardio and weights i should do? Like what muscles what days or etc. And whats some tips for staying motivated
