I have 6 months left on my deployment, I am in the gym a majority of my down time and am eating healthy, I already know Cardio and diet is essential to my goal as of I started from this about 4 months ago View attachment 4921 and went to this View attachment 4920
I want more definition around my abs, I do cardio and ab work daily with each routine I rotate like this
Day 1: Bicep/tricep/abs/eliptical
Day 2: Chest/back/abs/run
day 3: shoulders/ legs/ eliptical
Supplements:
Jack3d (moving to muscle spike shortly)
M factor Hero multivitamin (1stphorm.com)
syntha 6 protien powder
I have been debating adding oxyelite pro to my supplements along with my diet but i am not getting any progress
I know theres a fitness guru out there that can help me out
any feed back is appreciated
