Hello! My name is Stephanie and I have a baby boy named Jackson. He is 9 months old and I am loving every minute of being a first time mom. I am also getting married in October, and would love to finish loosing the baby weight and tone up. I don't need to loose a ton of weight, but I def need to work on it. I just feel so uncomfortable with myself for the first time in my life and I feel that this would really help me feel good about myself again. I have always been in sports or dance, where it is a group setting and I was either teaching it, or had someone there to get my butt into gear. I feel at such a lost just going to the gym and on my own. I just got a job at a local gym in Asheville, NC and have a free membership now, but I don't know what to do with myself. Any tips on exercises or anyone in the area that would like to be a workout buddy?
