I am new here and am interested in any/all advice I can get. I am 32 years old and weigh 350 pounds. I am afraid that I will not get to see my daughter grow up if I do not do something about it. My problem is....where do you start? I know obviously that I have to change my diet and get active. The diet part is not a problem...will be starting weight watchers. The exercise is the problem. What do I need to be concentrating on when I exercise (cardio, weights, etc.)? How often do I need to be doing these exercises? What types of weight training do I need to do? How many reps and how much weight?
I am researching all of this information on the net but would really like to get some first-hand advice from people.
