AI feel like I am getting a gut. I have been trying so hard to cut back on the bad foods I eat replacing them with healthy food. I try and run 3-5 times a week with skateboarding on top of that. This came out of nowhere and it seems to be getting worse over time. No matter what I eat or what I try to do. Any opinions on it with my weight. I weigh 159-164 pounds right now, depending the time of the day. Do I look like I am getting a gut!? Thanks everyone cheers!!!
