need advices on most of my plan!

hi,

i am new to the forum and about 8-9 months ago i lost about 40 pounds. now due to the summer vacation, i have gained about 15 pounds back. my actual weight now is 217 pounds and i am willing to lose about 37 pounds. I am 5'9" and my body is actually big (like my shoulders, bones in general and legs). i do have more fat on my waist than on my chest.

My plan is to lose about 37 pounds by exercising about 6-7 days a week and with a high protein diet (with whey protein after working out at the gym) but mostly natural protein. I don't really know my daily caloric intake but it should be in average about 1500 calories. i play basketball twice a week and a game (not all weekends). i go to the gym three times a week.

what do you guys think?

you exercise a lot which is great! I personally lost 17Lb and over 8 inches in less than 30 days just by changing my diet so you could lose 37Lb in 2 months with no problem if your willing to make some easy changes to your diet!!
