Need Advice

yo i've been running, eating healthy, and lifting weights. i was at 185lbs and out of shape. after about 3 weeks im seeing good results (down about 7-8 lbs), but i want to focus on building my chest muscles because i have no chest. also, i want to focus on my abs and get the layer of fat off my stomach. any advice?

to be more clear, i am running for 30 min at speed 7.0 on the tredmill 3 times a week, i am lifting chest and shoulders 3 days a week, and lifting arms and back twice a week. i am also doing abs 3 times a week. my diet consists of special k in thew morning with a banana, salad or tuna sandwhich for lunch, and chicken and fruit and celery with peanut butter for dinner.
 
I don't know about your waiste, give us a few pics,,, but if you shrink your waiste some it helps with creating the chest look alot... I notice your cardio is fast at 30 minutes,,, this will not shed weight,,, slow it down a bit start ratcheting up the length time for cardio workout. learn about heart rate, sustained, and max. if you are on a treadmill shoes are not as important but important all the same.

try and get it beyond 60 minutes,,, stay hydrated..

on the weights and building,,, you will have much better people than me to post.... be patient,, this is a large community....
