need advice

i started to get into shape 17 months ago-i was 6'0'' and 295 pounds.i am now between 185-190 pounds. i run on the cross country team and i do weight training.i have been overweight since i was about 7.im now 17 and most of my skin has been stretched to the point where there isnt a clear distinction between excess skin and fat.i consider myself to be in terrific shape(i can run at least 3 miles without breathing hard after).i pretty much leveled out as far as losing weight.i dont have a question,but i want anyone to weigh in on this.

First off, welcome to the forums. It's a great place to hang around. Second, congrats on losing all that weight. I wish i had done it at an earlier age. I also have the problem with loose skin. You are in a better postition since you are young and your skin has a better chance to firm up than mine. ( I'm 36 and was heavy my whole life) Give it some time and see what happens. Keep up the good work!!

Congrats on the weight loss! Where you are so young, your skin may tighten up a little but, ultimately, this is something a doctor would have to give you his/her opinion on. Welcome to the forum! :D
