i started to get into shape 17 months ago-i was 6'0'' and 295 pounds.i am now between 185-190 pounds. i run on the cross country team and i do weight training.i have been overweight since i was about 7.im now 17 and most of my skin has been stretched to the point where there isnt a clear distinction between excess skin and fat.i consider myself to be in terrific shape(i can run at least 3 miles without breathing hard after).i pretty much leveled out as far as losing weight.i dont have a question,but i want anyone to weigh in on this.
