I made that tough choice to start getting back in shape. at age 20, 5'5 tall
and was 189 lbs a month and a half later im 182 the thing is last week i weighed in at 181 and i went at it hard this week and for about 3 weeks i havent been able to get out of 181-182 what am i doing wrong? i took creatine like a week ago once 7 capsules would that effect me that quick? because i do drink a gallon to two gallons of water a day. Or is it that im doing something else wrong?
heres what i eat for b-fast: Protein Shake and a yogurt
Lunch: 6 inch turkey sub on weat bread with no mayo or mustard and all veggies.
for dinner usually chicken and i drink about 180 grams of protein a day.
also do cardio every day 20 minutes on a bike. And i do weight lifting every other day. Work my back once a week. and do my abs every other day.
but what am i doing wrong?
