im 23 yrs old and im a bit over 5'10"... i used to weigh 165 but i started a job on the phones so i sit down all day... right now im 210... i blame it on work but i think i could do more activities after work to compensate for my time at work... my belly's getting bigger (no thanks to beer), i have tree trunks for legs but from my chest up is ok. from my chest up i would like to get more cut and from the chest down i would like a six pack and skinnier legs.
i need to know the ultimate work out/dieting plan. i also saw the ufc reality tv show (with tito and shamrock) and i saw them use a sweat suit and go in the sauna and they would drop 5 lbs. in no time. i would like to know how to incorparate all of these stategies (work out(what types?), diet, sauna suit (i dont wanna die of dehydration))

i bought a sauna suit and i sweat my butt off but i would like to take it to the next level. i know using it could be dangerous.

does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey Stu,
Im in the same boat as you. I used to be a gym rat, but got a cushy desk job and got lazy and gained about 45 lbs. Im no expert, but all that sweating would probably be just water loss. What I found to work for me is just watching what I eat and put together a training program. For me, I do resistance training 3-4 days a week, cardio (30-45 min) 3-4 days a week. I also found that doing HIIT twice a week accelarated my weight loss. Ive been on tihs program for about a month now and have since lost about 12 lbs. However, in the two weeks after I started HIIT, I lost the most weight in that period of time. On HIIT days, I only do 10-15 min warm up on elliptical and do light resistance training followed by 15 min of HIIT.
As with most things, you have to find what works for me, but give it a shot and see if it works for you, or tweak a few things and im sure youll get back into the groove.

good luck!

Oh, drink LOTS of water too. I drink about a gallon a day. Im taking one a day multivitamins. I dont do the powder shakes as most people do, but I just make sure I have a well balanced diet consisting of "good" calories.
