Need advice on totals for the day

Hi all. Just looking for some advice on my totals for the day if anyone can give some info.
5 10 female. I was 175 for a long time but because of some bad years got up to 215 I am now trying to get back on track. I do Crossfit 2 days cardio 2 days weight training. Don't eat enough during the day cals are low only around 800 on a good day. I'm wondering if my totals of (trying to get up to) 1500 cals a day with 130g protein 120g carbs and around 35g of fat a day are going to be good for weight loss. Anyone have any info or insight?

head into the nutrition forum and read the stickied threads there - you'll find a formula that will get you close enough - and keep reading as you read you will learn that tehre's no one size fits all number - you will have to play with the numbers a little to see what works best for your body
