need advice???cant lose weight???

hi everyone....i am about 5'6 and 139 pounds...i have lost 87 pounds thus far on my journey....i have kinda stopped and even gaining some???? i have tried switching up my workouts...eating differently?? i am unsure of what to do?? any advice is greatly appreciated..i did online thing to see how many calories to eat to lose 2 pounds a week...that what i usually have been losing...and with my lean body weight at 121.....it said i burn 1800 a day so subtract 500 for each pound a week and says i should eat 800?? is this enough food??? i would like to know what to eat...what should i eat?? i do love food....i workout 2 hours a day //...5 days a week....i do aerobic classes only of kickboxing,pilates,powercut,turbokick,and cycling.....so i feel like i burn alot at the gym everyday and i have to eat preety good to keep up my strength...i\anyone got any ideas? supplements??shakes??? help=)
 
800 calories is stupidly, dangerously low even if you're NOT working out. Eating that little while worknig out hard for 2 hours a day is asking for a health problem.

At 5'6" and 139 lbs you're already in a healthy weight range. It's possible that you don't actually need to lose a lot more weight. Also losing 2 lbs a week might be an unreasonable goal for you. A more healthy number to shoot for is about 1% of your overall bodyweight per week - for you that would be between 1 and 1.5 lbs.

The closer you are to your goal weight, the slower you're going to lose and the more strict you have to be about sticking to your calorie level. At your weight, I'd suggest around 1400-1500 calories and have patience.
 
thank you so much Kara....i thought that was pretty low.....ill stick to around 14-1500 and see how i do on that..cuz i dont want to be unhealthy.....im gonna keep really good track in my journal. i just dont wanna gain any weight either....i still wanan get about 10 pounds off maybe....
