Gender : Boy
Weight : 97KG - 212lb
From the above, it is apparent that the problem lies in my weight. I really need to tone down, and I am determined to do this in the summers.
The basic equipment I have is :
So, with this in mind, I would be really greatful if someone could come up with a fitness plan, that starts from the 1rst of June, to the 28th of July. Nutrition too would be great!

- A treadmill
- A stationary cycle
- A real bicycle
- A machine that I have no clue about. All I know is that it is used for crunches, while sitting up.
- A pair of jogging shoes
- A park

- I go to a cricket club every Tuesday-Thursday
- I have to travel from the 16th of June to the 1st of July
