For multiple reasons I have put on a fair amount of weight. I have spent a fair amount of the summer cycling to pull it back into my control.
I have managed to get my stamina up so that I can now cycle 20-25miles in one go without too much difficulty (actual bike on road)
Added to that I have been putting time in on a cycle bike in the house, I can go for an hour at 17km/h without really breaking a sweat on a medium restitance.
Recently I've put it up to a fair resistance and have been doing 15 minute stints at 20km/h which really kills me. Plus I have started running 10minutes a day just round my local area.
On top of this with a 7.5kg dumbell I have been doing;
100 sitting bicep curls (once or twice a day)
10-20 lateral/front raises
20 concentration curls
35-100 flat chest presses
20 pressups (3 times a day)
My diet isn't bad, lots of fruits, veg. I still have fair amount of meat in my diet but that is because Im always a carnivore at heart. Good news is that I have cut out all alcohol and pretty much just drink water atm.
I plan to take up rowing at my uni when I head back late september.
My worry is with the winter months coming in I am worried that I am just going to put all the weight I have lost back on. Any tips for me to increase/maintain regular weight loss without going to the gym (just isn't possible for me)
