Need a buddy to loose 75lbs

Anyone out there need a buddy to loose 75lbs or more. I would like a buddy, that will stick around for the next 75lbs .... ANYONE out there for me?

I need to lose WAY more than that :0) i'd be happy where your at now ;) I need a buddy as well , though i'm not sure what it consists of is it like messaging on a messanger about what you have eaten or what not Let me know :0) I'm new hear but i'm willing :0)
 
You guys mind if I jump in as well? I just started this forum about a week ago. I have way more to lose than either of you but I'm in it for the long haul. :)

If you've not checked them out already, Spark People & FitDay.com are both very good websites to get you started counting calories and exercise suggestions. (tried both, prefer Spark)

good morn ladies,

I had and ok weekend... weekends tend to be my downfall. Ive decided to weigh myself only fridays and will do my best this week to loose my 2-3 lbs.

i had a pretty good weekend apart from having popcorn at the cinema! bad bad girl! grrrrrr

At the moment to lose weight im just counting calories and drinking 1.5liters of water a day. but im just about to start reading Paul McKenna I can make you thin ... see what interesting tips he has! hehe xx

ooo.. weekends are the hardest for me too. Gotta love friday weigh-ins.

I've not heard of that book.. *googled* Wow.. most poeple on Amazon gave it five stars, let us know if it's any good. Would love to hear any good tips that he has. I tried to read the Dr. Phil weight book but I didn't get too far - he was kind of preachy... really put me off. :p
