I need to lose WAY more than that :0) i'd be happy where your at now I need a buddy as well , though i'm not sure what it consists of is it like messaging on a messanger about what you have eaten or what not Let me know :0) I'm new hear but i'm willing :0)

If you've not checked them out already, Spark People & FitDay.com are both very good websites to get you started counting calories and exercise suggestions. (tried both, prefer Spark)

At the moment to lose weight im just counting calories and drinking 1.5liters of water a day. but im just about to start reading Paul McKenna I can make you thin ... see what interesting tips he has! hehe xx

I've not heard of that book.. *googled* Wow.. most poeple on Amazon gave it five stars, let us know if it's any good. Would love to hear any good tips that he has. I tried to read the Dr. Phil weight book but I didn't get too far - he was kind of preachy... really put me off.
