Howdy all - I hope this doesn't seem impertinent a question to ask...
Over the last few years I've managed to lose a few stone - I'm now in the fortunate position that I'm at a healthy weight, and it's a matter of losing a tiny bit more to get things just right. I know I oughtn't really to complain at this stage, but since it's taken me quite a while to get here, I'm being a little bit of a perfectionist and hope to lose the rest by the summer!
Since I've never really paid much attention to my actual weight (rather, I've always thought about inches instead), I don't have much sense of how much further I need to go, but I'd quite like to have a rough impression of the number of pounds I should lose so that I can work out a sensible plan thinking about calories and whatnot. How many more pounds do you think would be enough just to get me a little more trim?
