Without even commenting on the rest, you'd have to lose 80 pounds in 71 days to meet that goal. IMHO, not gonna happen. If you were doing some sort of supervised live-in program, where all you did was work out (think Biggest Loser), I'd say marginally possible.

The Navy will still be there when you've reached your goals.

The shots Im on will help me achieve this. The DOC said the shots Im on plus the diet Im on plus walking every say, he guarntees me too lose 80lbs in 2 months.

Anyways any help or adivce on my routine? Thanks

Also BTW I dont have anything todo so I could actually workout all day, like they did on that show. As long as Im dieting and working out (trying to get in better shape in other words) my parents arent making me work so what I do it get up at 5am and go to the gym and workout then come home and chill. I mean I dont have any friends so Im either at home or at the gym early if its early morning.

Yes. My opinion is that if you can run 10 miles in a day while sprinting full speed for a large portion of it, then you should be able to do a real push up.

If you are really serious about the military then I would advise You visit Stew Smith's web site.

I think you mis-read what Mal said. Your goal is very ambitious. What kind of shots are you on from the doc? I don't have any advice on your workout... but IMHO 80 lbs is alot and to loose that much in a short amount of time can't be healthy. What is your diet like?

A) Noone is making me do anything.

B) Double Lipotopic and B12/B6

C) My DOC and RECRUITER both said its possible, plus Ive know people personally to do it.

D) This topic isnt for diet talk so I dont want it to turn into it, but Im on a 1200 calorie diet.

E) Why post if you dont have any thoughts on my workout? Thats what this topic is for.

A) Where did you get me running 10 miles from? It says jogging 5 then hiit 2.5

B) I can do some real pushups, but I do them till I cant do anymore then I do girl pushups till I reach 250. But also your opinion is kind of weird consdiering running at all has nothing todo with how many pushups you can do..

C) Please share thoughts on the workout routine I posted above not links to whole otehr workouts.

Since your doctor, recruiter, and dietician are all sure you'll be able to meet your goals by deadline, why are you not asking them about your exercise routine? Any one of them has much more knowledge of your personal situation than any of us possibly could, and they've got a lot more vested interest in making sure you get there on time. For at least two of them, you're giving them good money for their you-specific advice.

If you're in a cab, you ask the cabdriver the best way to get to the airport. You don't stop random passersby for directions. Ya know?

I highly doubt you could lose 80lbs in two months, that's honestly laughable.

But even if you did, it would be most likely lean muscle. At 1200 calories I doubt you would be getting enough protein to even maintain muscle mass, and your not even doing any resistance training.

I am 99.9% sure you can not get down to 20% body fat in 2 months, by all means try, but its possible you can still lose weight and be at an even higher body fat percentage.

If you dont like me or my topic then dont post and just leave me alone.

Also maybe Im pissed off becuase only one person has actually offered me helpful adivce on my routine and not bitched about my diet or goals.

ANY ADVICE ON MY WORKOUT ROUTINE< LIKE WHAT CAN I ADD TO THE CURRENT ONE OR ANYTHING>

Ha my bad for not reading the other thread. I thought this site was for support and motivation. I was simply asking questions to get a better feel of your goals so that I could offer support and motivation, but apparently you ONLY want help with your workout... and I agree maybe you should talk to your nutritionist and recruiter for help with it, I think they might have a better idea of your personal needs and maybe make some progress instead of arguing with us all day long.

Acutally this part of the site is for bettering your routine and getting advice on what exercises you should do and how to improve your routine.

name calling is never appropriate on this forum - let's try to act like adults please.

And Jon - people are trying to help you - your diet is an issue - you can't pick and choose the help that you get - there are plenty of forums on the web that will enable you and tell you your diet is all peachy keen and fine... and give you the select advice that you are looking for.

You haven't listened to anything that's been said to you so far, so why should anyone try to help you with your workout? You would just throw that advice away as well.

People willing to learn and change their ways and make lifestyle changes are what this forum is about. People educating themselves about how to improve their health are what this forum is about... it's your choice whether you want to be here or not...

You honestly would think that after this amount of time on the forum you would have read the sticky threads.
Asking a blanket 'what do you think of this' is really an impossible question to answer.
Read the threads that deal with what you are looking for and ask questions based on that. There is a wealth of information on here that you are ignoring- almost intentionally it seems.
Please read the threads.
Pretty please. :D

Dude, come on man. We're just trying to get it through to you that maybe what you're doing and the way you're going about it is not the ideal way to do it. Yet you persist on being stubborn, and are not even willing to let the tiniest bit of information sink in to you.

If we told you to do strength training at least 3x/week, and that it would probably give you better results than doing only cardio, you would throw that out the window to because you don't want to gain any muscle.

Seriously, this situation is like trying to cure cancer by smoking reefer. Sure you'll feel a bit better, but you're not getting to where you need to be.

*first and last post for me, I'm done with this thread*
