Okay I've been exercising well... pretty consistently for about two to three weeks now. When I'm doing something that's stationary like weights or push-ups or crunches, I don't have a problem. But if I start doing something cardio like jumprope or jogging, I start getting stomach pains and a killer case of nausea. I've tried not eating before working out but I still get nauseous either way.
Is this like... normal when first starting out?
