I recently lost 23 pounds and I am still going. I make sure not to go over my calories everyday which has made me eat better food (so that I can eat more of it, haha!) Also, I walk in the morning for 45 minutes everyday and jog three times a week in the evenings.

I have never felt better. I went from 156 lbs to 133!

Oh for **** sake. No! you don't need a fat burner. You shouldn't be taking a fat burner. It's NOT GOOD! She is doing just fine so why hurt yourself with this CRAP.

I agree with Jericho, with the great success so far and the current weight and dedication there is no good reason to risk a fat burner. Congrats on your success so far julielevine, keep it up!
 
I agree that fat burners are hard on your body. The stimulants tend to stress your adrenal glands, which can have long term effects (happened to me).

There's natural fat burners that you can use that won't stress your body, like green tea (for the 'catechins'), CLA, and Pyruvate (found in red apples and cheese).
