natalie's first time diary :)

I was soooo bad last nite, really terrible. Was better today but still not good enough.

I had cheerios oats for breakfast.
For lunch I had a chicken curry weight watchers thing.
For dinner I had ham and cabbage and mashed potato with spring onion.

I had two tangerines as well, and 2 after eights, a cereal bar and a yoghurt. It's not terrible but my calories are higher than i'd like. And i'm so tired i cant get the motivation to excercise.
 
I started excercising. Only managed about 5 mins :p

Im going to get an earlyish nite, i'm in uni 11 till 3 tomorrow, and i have two longish walks so its' not bad, i wont get a chance to do my excercise video cause i'm going to my bf's after work, but i get excercise in work and walking about uni.

I wont have much time to snack either. I'll have breakfast in the house, then take water and something like a bit of fruit into uni, have food when i get home and maybe something tiny like a slice of toast or a bit of fruit in my bfs .

I feel like the last couple of days since i've been back at uni i've lost the wee bit of motivation i had. But i know i can do it this time. Its easier to keep going from a lighter wieght than start from a heavier weight, and i'm lighter than usual, one more pound and i'll be lighter than in years :)
 
today i've been quite good so far, cheerios oats for breakfast. I had just a couple of chips from my mums plate which wasn't too bad. The only bad thing i've had is a cream egg but i ended up giving half of it to my niece and dog :p

I'm having stir fry and noodles for dinner.
 
This has been my best day so far. Only one bad thing, i had crisps for my breakfast, i was staying at my bfs and i had to go straight to the nursery wtih my sister. We took her for her first wee hour in she's only 1 :) its so cute.
I had crisps and a capri sun. For dinner I had greek wraps with chicken and tzatziki and lettuce. I've had two halfs of a small pita bread with ham as well, and a yoghurt a fat free light yoghurt.
 
hey sorri aynt been in a while! i agree uni does throw you off track...good job on getting back on track though. don't beat yourself up about eating bad things as long as they are within your calorie range it shouldn't matter too much!

I'm just in from a club, fairly sober for once :p it was a good nite though.

Didn't eat amazing today, had some chocolate, and pita breads and ham, then half a plate of chips and a bit of a panini, and more chocolate, thai curry and a microwave spaghetti bolognese.

hoping next week i'll do better.

I found out i got 2:1's in both my essays :D i had a bit of a messed up year last year, didn't do enough work and ended up not doing amazing in my exams, but i've tried harder this year. My lecturer said if i get 2:2's in things i'll get a 2:2 he didn't say anything about 2:1's so i'm not sure what it means.
 
I need to keep motivated at the weekend, i keep trying so hard over the week and then giving up at the weekend. I've decided this weekend i'm sticking to it, i'm not going out so not even any alchohol to mess my diet up,

Just need to get uni work sorted out now. I'm not working hard enough this term but I'll make sure I do because I need to.

I'm going to sort out my clothes I think and only keep ones that make me feel good. I've got a pair of trousers, not even my favourites, I hardly ever wear them. But I bought them for a teachign interview for uni, fully expecting not to get it and i got in so i think they're lucky and they're brilliant for knowing my weights changed for some reasong. I'm going to keep them out and try them on once a week or something. When I bought them tehy were slightly tight, and the first year i was in uni I gained weight and i could barely wear them. I lost lots of weight my second year, I was very thinnish at one point and they were too big, now they just fit nice, so my goal jsut now is for them to be too big again, although I want to be smaller than taht so I cant even wear them :D
 
I was bad today although i didn't have lots to eat and my cals are still low enough.

For breakfast I had crunchy nut cornflakes and a strawberry low fat yoghurt.
For Lunch I had brown bread and streaky bacon sandwich.
My problem was diiner I had takeaway fish and chips, deep fried. :S and another yoghurt.

For dinner i'm having a mushroom curry. maybe a bit of fruit, like a mango or something. I dont eat enough fruit and veg, particularly veg. I love both as well, my mum doesn't eat :p except chocolate so she's not the best shopper in the world. She has no interest in food so she doesn't ever choose nice things. My sisters good she buys things that are healthy but really nice, i like eating at her house.
 
I'm desperate to do good now. This months nearly done and I've got liverpool next month and then two hols in the summer. I have to wear a bikini in front of my bf which for some reason I find really scary.
 
Your boyfriend is going to find you lovely even if you don't always see it yourself...

Show a boy a semi-naked female and he won't be complaining about too much :)

I've not had teh most healthy food today but i've been not bad. I had a ham sandwich for breakfast, A sausage for lunch and some chicken sandwiches for dinner. I've drank lots of water and diluting juice and had one tea wiht one sugar and a tiny spot of milk.
 
Although you keep talking about how bad you've been, I think you're doing great. Your diet isn't overly strict, and the times you do feel like you "mess up" it doesn't seem as if you are beating yourself up too badly. As long as you find and keep the motivation to exercise consistently, I am confident you'll reach your goal!

I understand what you mean about feeling weird about being in a bikini in front of your bf. I felt/feel the same way! Guys notice what looks good though, and trust me, I'm sure there is A LOT of good things your bf is going to be noticing/thinking about when he sees you in your bikini! :)
 
Thanks :) excercisings not my best bit, I stick to it for a while and then lose it, it'll b easier when i've got a car, because i'll be more motivated to go to the gym if i dnt have to wait on a bus in the cold :p

Today for breakfast I had two mini pita breads with chicken slices. I'm planning on havigna weight watchers lasagna unless my mums cooking. The weight watchers frozen meals arent the healthiest i don't imagine but it's so easy if i'm working. And they're really low cal which leaves me some calories usually for having after work, because i'm always starving after work.
 
I've had another really good day :) I had toast for breakfast, and haggis neeps and tatties for my dinner. And half of a mini tiramisu thing, i really wanted it and it was too much calories but if i only had half it was ok :) i'm proud I stuck to only half :)
 
hey good job! its difficult with studying and all! well done with the essays awell! i am hoping that i get atleast a 2:2.

Today i've been good enough. I've decided to make saturday a wee bit more relaxed because I always crave food on a saturday for some reason. I've still had pretty low calories though :)
 
I was so good all last week but saturday and sunday were terrible. This week i'm going to be good everyday including the weekend. The only bad thing i'll have will be alcohol on saturday.
 
I'm doing terribel this week cant seem to stick to it at all. I had honey nut cornflakes today and a subway club for lunch btu then i had half a cookie. For dinner I had a gammon steak with chips and then half a chocolate eclair and half a strawberry cake thing me an dmy sister shared. I had a bit of chocolate and a banana as well :S and some chinese frittery things.
