WEll i don't know where to start really. My name is Della and I'm from the Uk. I came across the website while googling some thing and it seems like something i would really like to be a part of.
I uesd to be around 9st and over the past four years I really gained alot of weight and have climbed my way up to 13st. I moved in with my bf and all of a sudden Ive put on so much. Ive tryed to loose weight in the past but it all keeps coming back on again putting me right back where i started. I eat well and i don't overindulge.
I decided enough was enough when i saw a photo of myself with some friends at a party. Compared to the rest of them i was huge i looked like a giant surrounded by midgets, this i think has shamed me into doing something. I can;t be this appathetic about my weight or my health.
So Ive been cycling for 6.5miles a day burning 325 callories a time (says the electric thingamagig on the bike) for the past 10 days and I have promised myself i will do this everyday for the next two months. After that i will see where i am weight wise.
I promise i will drink more water and burn off those callories on the bike.
