MyoPlex Drinks?

First of all let me say, I'm new to the strength training and muscle building. I've been running for a very long time, though. In no way at ALL do I want to lose weight or gain it. I'm trying to build muscle. I'm very small. I'm 5'4 and I weigh 112. I eat pretty healthy all the time; veggies, fruits, lean meat... but I definitely don't starve myself; I feel like I eat a lot! I have very small bones, like my entire family, and I'm not goin to give up running a few times a week. So my goal is to build muscle so that I don't look just skin and bone. I started drinking this MyoPlex protein shake, which in the entire bottle has 42g of protein I think? It says to drink it within the first 30 minutes after a workout. Is this what I should be doing? I need some help.
 
I see that you're running a few times a week... are you doing any strength training?
 
Sounds like you've got the nutrition piece down:) What workouts are you performing to gain muscle? For someone as active as you, it sounds like a good Total Body circuits would be good. Maybe, high rep, low weight. Need to know more, but let us know what you're doing today and how long you've been performing the routines.
