I haven't worked out in a while now but I know once I start my wrist problems will re-occure. I don't want to get started and have to take a break they have been strating to hurt lately from pushing and pulling carts at where I work Im wondering what I should do to alliviate the problem.
I have problems getting my palms to face outward (curl position) I know that you are not supposed to baby injuries but in my case it's just a re-occuring annoyance I don't know if I should "power" through this pain or not. I don't even know if wrist wraps will do anything but I am wanting to get started working out again asap
