at my heaviest I was 247.5lbs i was pretty much static at that weight from 15yo till i was 20, i decided i had to do something in order to lose my weight, i was getting stretch marks, i wasnt having any luck with the ladies and it was a mass low point in life, After around 6 months of walking 1hr everyday (did help that i lived at the beach and i enjoyed walking along the beach) i also spent much of the time eating canned tuna and rice along with lots of breads and fruit, i am now down to a healthy weight of 168.5 and im loving life, i have a girl and im much healthier, if anyone has any questions to do with my weightloss journey feel free to PM me.
