My Weight Loss

I introduced myself and gave a pretty good outlook on myself in the 'New Member Intro' section.

I have attached the photos of minutes before I went for my first run to change things around and how I looked this morning.

I have unfortunatly suffered a lot from compartment syndrome and shin splints due to over training early on, but in the last 5 weeks I have gone from 87kgs down to 82kgs so I think I'm back on track going at a steady speed.

10kgs to go & I sign up to the gym this Thursday I'm so excited that my goal is getting closer!

Height: 170cm
Goal Weight: 70-72kgs

Before: (Weighed 103kgs)




After: (Currently Weighing 82kgs)

I have not read your full story, but well-done on losing that 5kgs, that's some great work! It's also good you're losing weight at what seems like a good pace, 1kg a week, you would not want to lose much more than that per week as you would actually be losing muscle mass as well.
As you get close to your goal weight, you may find losing the kg's a little harder, but remember to increase the difficulty of your program as you increase your fitness and strength, you don't want your body to get too comfortable with your program and then stop seeing results which often happens.

thanks for the advice, the reason im starting the gym is to start a full body work out 2-3 times a week to assist with the weight loss and as of this week I have updated my cardio work outs which i do 5-6 days a week.
