My weight loss semi high cardio plan

MONDAY- Morning- Warm up (stretching) Followed by abs
Jope rope sets of 30 with 10 laps sets of 10

repeat evening and Nite

Tuesday- Morning- Warm up (stretching) Followed by 5lbs arm reps of 30 each hand sets of 4
Jope rope sets of 30 with 10 laps sets of 10


Repeat evening and Nite

Wednesday-Morning- Warm up (stretching) Followed by abs
Jope rope sets of 30 with 10 laps sets of 10


Repeat evening and Nite

Thursday-Morning- Warm up (stretching) Followed by 5lbs arm reps of 30 each hand sets of 4
Jope rope sets of 30 with 10 laps sets of 10


Repeat evening and Nite

Friday- Body Rest day .......30 min cardio x3

Saturday-Morning- Warm up (stretching) Followed by 5lbs arm reps of 30 each hand sets of 4
Jope rope sets of 30 with 10 laps sets of 10

Sunday-Morning- Warm up (stretching) Followed by abs
Jope rope sets of 30 with 10 laps sets of 10

I'm not an expert, but I think your program is pretty good. rope jumping is a really good cardio exersize and I see that you work your abs a lot. the fact that you warm up is also a big pro. But I doubt repeating the exersise routines so often will get you the right results. Your muscles also need time to repair and grow. There are people who exersise 6 days a week that stay the same, and people who workout 3 times a week that do get results.

About adding or taking away...I don't know what your goal is. Do you wanna bulk up, or.......?

ive heard you can never do to much cardio...and since im trying to loose weight i do carido the most

and i alternate each day with the sit ups and the 5lbs reps...muscles burn fat ya know
 
Can you do too much cardio? - Yes. Do what you are doing, only less of it. Training 7 days a week is the suck, once a day, for 5-6 days MAX, and you will be ok.

Side note: If you can do 30 reps of a weight, it is too light. Try and max out at 10ish. (increase the weight)

You need to relax. You are over-training. Sometimes less is more =).

How is your eating plan? (diet is a bad word.)
 
intaking few calories....how few is few? Because too little can ruin your weightloss plan. And since ur so active you need enough calories to fuel your body.
