My weight loss plan

I weight 250 pounds. I want to weigh 125. I eat a nutrisystem dinner in the morning, about 240-340 calories. For lunch, I have a yoplait light yogurt and a fruit, about 150 calories. For dinner, I have a slim fast shake, 190 calories. I eat dinner for breakfast so my body can burn it off throughout the day. I have an average of 500-600 calories a day. I also drink 1 gallon of water. I exercise for about an hour a day by doing situps, walking, and exercise videos. Does this seem unhealthy?
 
I think you should be taking in a lot more calories than that, but it sounds like you are choosing healthy foods to eat! I tried cutting calories to that extent at first and I thought I wasn't hungry but my mood was terrible and I felt tired and stressed. I became very frustrated with that approach, so I'm allowing myself to eat more now, just healthier and smaller portions. I feel much better!
