It seems i`ve done really well at loseing weight so far but some of you might think how have i done that. i know i`ve done really well becuase i`m seeing adverts with people who have lost same weight as me.
its only just now i wanted to say somthing of my own experience after reading a book about weight loss motavation, i`ve gotten to about page 100 and i`m getting sick of how people tell you to cut out everything you enjoy, no booze or food at a party, are these people for real?.
when i 1st got on my diet 3 months ago, i had just met somone so was going for indian or chinese meals once a week, but to keep her interested i was drinking 8 large cans of lager or guinness on the friday to talk to her on here, thats 1600caleries and i had them with sweets or lots of brie and crackers then a takeaway meal on saturday followed by chocolate at the cinema.
i found the diet for life tho, lots of healthy recipe`s and fruits for snacks(late at night). so for my dinner i always had a healthy meal of under 500cals, hopefully, was it lol no i just picked all the recipe`s out a cook book that were less than 400cals but we all know what there portion sizes are like.
i have been going to the gym which started in my second month, which i was hard at for the 1st month going 3 times a week, then had a couple of weeks off after christmas but i`m back to it for last 2 weeks going 3 times in those last 2 weeks.
so thats me and how i`ve lost 2 stone 28lbs in 3 months, i`ve had congratualtions off my mum, gf and people at the pub(which i still go to once a week and for 8 pints) i dont drink at home anymore tho. so dont let anyone deter you from really scoffing out, unless your doing it all day like at christmas, we got big becuase we enjoy food and drink not becuase we`re lazy.
i`m now looking trim and feeling confident with a bit of a belly, i`ve been to college tonight to try and get on a cooking course and i`m going to the army recruitment tomorrow about maybe joining as a chef.
