Since I'm unemployable because of PTSD from the Army I have decided to try the following.
Eat small meal when I wake up, and eat small meals out through the day only when my body tells me to eat.
Meals I will try to stick to:
First meal of the day:
2 whole large eggs
1 large egg white
black pepper
two wheat pieces of bread with lite calcium butter
(OR)
1 measured cup of rice chex cereal
1 measured cup of 2% milk
Meals out through rest of day:
MEAL:
1 baked chicken leg minus skin
X amount of lettuce (no dressing)
1/4 cup of peas with X amount of green onion
MEAL:
1 breaded chicken patty from GFS (No bread)
1 slice of tomato
1/4 cup of peas
MEAL:
Hamburger helper (small portion)
X amount of lettuce
MEAL:
>1/8lb of boiled angel haired pasta with a little italian dressing
1/4 cup of peas
X amount of diced onion
Drink: Mostly water. I allow myself two 8oz glasses of Dr Pepper out through the day so I can slowly cut soda off completely
Exercise: Even days HIIT training, Odd days lower body cardio/HIIT. Can't run or jog until my weight gets down to safe level.
