My update

Hey guys,
I know i havent posted in a while but i have been keeping up with the posts and learning. To date ive gone from 240lbs to 171lbs (as of 5mins ago). My BF% is around 16.5% according to my Omron BF monitor. I am going to the gym 3-4x a week and trying to get my cardio in 3x a week (if my thesis doesnt get me first). I want to desperatly lose my stomach and love handles which i personally havent seen go down but others said they have. My january update pics are in the pics section if anyone cares to look. I guess this is just an update for anyone reading. I am still going strong (most days) with the help from Falco, my current goal is to try reaching 10% although im not sure i have it in me since things are slowing down conciderably. I am thinking that if my current bf is 28lbs then if i get around 159-160 i should hit that 10% BF marker bc that would leave me at 16-17lbs of bf at 160lbs which is 10%. My calories have been pretty perfect 6 days out of the week, eating between 2100-2200cals and macros are usually 45%/25%/30% depending on the day. I am trying to remain strong, hitting the gym hard and eating clean... i dont usually have the time to keep the journal on here but i will keep you all updated on my transformation. Im hoping for a significant body change by may so i can look good on my graduation cruise :). Its a new year, i deserve a new change. Thanks for all your help and praise.
