nope. I generally eat well (small portions of unhealthy food), so I don't spend a lot of time thinking about it.

Day 31:
3 1/2 skiing in 8cm (almost 3") of snow. We were all equal skill and no line-ups mid week, so we did about 10 or 11 runs non-stop, so pretty sore today.

Food:
- breakfast: breakfast bagel & small Ice Capp from Timmies
- lunch: turkey, 1/2 cup of chocolate milk and cauliflower with cheese
- 2 glasses of mango juice (super thirsty from skiing)
- dinner: home made nachos (beef, peppers & onions) with sour cream and salsa
- desert: 2 table spoons of chocolate chip ice cream

Day 32 (1/2):

1h of Barre. I might end up with butt after this. The glute and core exercises with this class are killing me, especially when I don't have the flexibility. It takes twice the strength to do the same exercises when you don't have the full range of motion. Even for the shoulder exercises, I'm down to zero weight by the end of the class, while most of the women are still using 5 - 8 lb weights.

Food:
- 2 pieces of gluten free toast with peanut butter and honey
- post exercise: 1/2 glass of chocolate milk and pepperoni stick.

Day 33 & 34:
Took the weekend off from exercise other than walking around for 2 hours coaching and the last 1/2 hour playing Ultimate Disc with the kids.

Food:
not a clue. Had a massive drink of Strongbow over lunch while my kid was taking ski lessons, but was so full from lunch that I didn't eat dinner

Day 35:
No workout :( - holiday so the gym didn't have any classes. I should have gone anyway, but it's Family Day, so spent the day with the family.

Food:
- breakfast: hard-boiled egg & 2 strips of bacon
- lunch: random. Was a kids birthday party, so had lots of little snack-things
- dinner: chicken curry on rice
- desert: 2 table spoons of ice cream

Day 36 1/2
iBurn 1 h. Wasn't as much cardio as last week, but I'm still getting destroyed by most of the women in the class, both in reps and weight ... more motivation for me.

Food:
Breakfast: half banana & black tea
Post workout: 1/2 cup chocolate milk
Lunch: turkey w/ cranberries and baked beans
Dinner: turkey w/ cranberries, small plate of nachos

I have a heck of a time with the flexibility in my boot camp classes as well. I am the only guy and the women have so much more flexibility. I can usually push more weight but for most of the exercises they are kicking my butt. Gives me motivation though too. Looks like you are doing well. Keep up the good work!

Day 37:
1h of Ultimate Frisbee. We were much stronger than the other team, so wasn't as much exercise as it would usually be

Food: didn't eat too well. Was in-and-out of the hospital all day for Thyroid tests (it's all good) and then finished the day with chicken wings and a large beer

Day 39: 1h Barre
Day 40: out of town for a conference: 12m HIIT on Eliptical, 15m core exercises
Day 41: notta

Food: keep the calories decent, but ate out all weekend because of the conference, so wasn't always the "best" food. Still had salads at least once-a-day

Day 42: Knees are a bit sore from all the walking and drills we did over the weekend, so day off.
Day 43: 35m conditioning with the kids. Ever looking for a workout while out of town; look up "deck of cards" workout. My butt is dying from doing split squats for clubs and squat jumps for spades ...

Food: we're leaving town for awhile, so we're trying to get rid of all the food that's going to go bad, so I've lost track of the random foods that we're been eating

Good to see that you still seem to be doing well! Do you see your body becoming more fit/are your reaching your goals? Anyways, you seem to be having fun, so that's nice! Btw I notice that you do a lot of different sports!

Exactly my experience. It's nice to be able to free that mental energy to spend on other things, isn't it?

Good that you are taking days off when your body suggests it. No need to get injured!

Haha my fridge is also full of random food, that I will have to eat in the coming days. No need to cook for at least 4 days! ;)

If it was just me, my fridge would always be leftovers. I'd cook a large pot of something that has the right portions of protein, carbs and fat and eat that every day, twice a day. Food is such an inconvenience

doesn't work like that unfortunately when you have a family lol

Day 44: played indoor flag football ... a lot more exercise than I expected. This didn't help my recovery from yesterdays workout
Day 45: owwww. My legs are J-E-L-L-O .... no pain, no gain. Day off.

Food: i'm having some hershey kisses for desert ... i deserve it
