My Story!

Hi, Just thought I should tell everyone here my story. I lost 40lbs about two years ago. Since then I have developed a thyroid problem and gained some of the weight back. Now, that I am on meds and the thyroid thing is under control of course I want to lose that weight again. I have already lost 7lbs that I put back on. So, its a start. Before I gained some back I weighed anywhere from 133 to 137. Now I weigh 140lb (as of this morning). My goal weight two years ago was 130lbs. (I saw that once). So, that's my story. So, glad I went to the doctor before I gained it all back. I was starving and gaining, it was crazy. Even with exercise, I knew something wasn't right. It's great to be back to normal and be back on track with my weight. I am now currently trying to get back my good eating habits and exercise. I also am wanting to trim my waistline. So, looking for exercise ideas for the abs area. Looking forward to posting on here and talking to everyone.

Welcome to the forum. I've found a mix of strength training (full body workout 3x a week) and cardio give an well-rounded workout, including the abs.

welcome. good luck with your goals. just remember that you can't spot reduce the fat around the waistline. eat clean, incorporate a strenght training routine and cardio and you should be good to go.
