I take an assortment of vitamins/supplements every morning and evening. I started taking the majority of them after my shoulder arthroscopy, which has completely healed (December 2009.) My wife is concerned because I take "so many" pills. I explain to her that they are just vitamins (well most), but I think she she still believes that all this stuff may actually be bad for me.
I'm looking to shorten the list with maybe some other products that contain all this already, or near it, and maybe even add some that I need, or remove some that I don't need. Most of them I buy at walmart because of the prices.
I am 40 years old. I work out at least 4 days a week. I try for 5 but I travel 80% of the time. Tips on this would be helpful as well, such as which gym I should join that is in most cities. I usually lift heavy with some supporting "light" excercises for places that need that, such as shoulders. Typically I work out one muscle group a day, Legs, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms, in that order, with about 12-15 sets per group. Sometimes, if I miss days, I double up and drop sets to 3 for each group. I don't eat very well, meaning its hard for me to get the right amount of calories every day. I am even getting some fat gain around my midsection which I believe is caused by my lack of calories. I try to take protien powder and also have some mass gainer, but it's hard for me to find time just to mix it. I also use Jack3d before workouts when I can.
I have done a cycle of M-Drol in the past, and I intend on doing one more pro-hormone cycle of Boladrol before calling that quits, which is why I am keeping the milk thistle in. The gains are just too nice. Yes, I know all the pros/cons and ins out outs, mostly, such as the PCT requirements.
Here is my vitamin stack along with a couple of prescribed meds I take... just in case something conflicts with it. I split it up only so I dont have to take so much at one time.
Morning:
Fish Oil - 1200 mg
L-Glutamine - 500mg (I know I need to up this to at least 1000?)
Milk Thistle - 1000mg
Turmeric - 500mg
Folic Acid - 800mg
B100
Evening:
Saw Palmetto
Glucosamine Sulfate - 2000mg
Prescribed meds:
Valporic Acid, AM & PM (keeps my mood steady)
Adderral, AM & PM (ADD)
Thanks for the feedback!!
