My routine

Ok pretty simple
as you can guess from my tag I am a surfer, I hve a few extra pounds on from too many nights drinking and BBQing but wouldnt say I am over weight.
Used to be before I started surfing tho and I think my passion for the sport is really what drove me to a healthier life style, used to smoke, over eat all that!
so first find something that inspires you and use it to obtain your goals

I wake up every morning before the sun, hungover or not!
head to the beach and do my yoga with the sunrise.
after which I suit up and paddle out for a wave usually about 1hr or so, if there are no waves I just go for a paddle or a swim

after which i run back to my car up the soft sand in my wetty and go to work.

during summer when we have them extra sunlight hours I repeat this for the afternoon surf session.
 
Well beer is full of calories...but im assuming you know that ^^

Seems like you have a great mindset and for real thats what you really need before anything
