So I joined this site less then a week ago with the hopes of losing 70lbs.
So far in about 4-5 days, I have lost 5 lbs
I haven't really started exercising yet but, just watching what I eat.
I am really big on fast food and not eating veggies
So, in the last couple of days I have tried to eat at least 1-2 cups of steamed veggies with my dinner but, I had fast food yestarday for lunch but, I did get a smaller portion then I usually would.
I hope to start some light exercises this week
