Hey my name is Abbie, im 21 and iv always had an issue with my weight. For as long as I can remember iv always been the larger one of the group and I was a big child. My parents put me on diets when I was little but with little success because my mood swings were awful and it depressed me a lot growing up. By the age of 13 I was already in size 14-16 clothes and it seems like every year iv gone up a dress size or two. Im 21 now, a size 24 and I started my journey around a week ago when I weighed myself after a year and noticed that I was a whopping 18st10! Last time I checked I was 16st so to see that figure really hit home. I find it difficult to stay awake and I find moving around difficult because I always end up with a lot of pain in my legs or I feel out of breath.
My aims of my project is to achieve a weightloss every week, I know sometimes I won't manage this but I feel if this is my goal then I will keep pushing myself in the right direction. Today I was weighed again and iv lost 3 pounds which is great news so all I need to do is keep pushing myself to my goal. Iv decided my first goal is 16st, then I will evaluate my goals once that one has been reached
Thinking of treating myself to a little shopping trip every stone I lose to keep myself motivated
