so have a new favorite lunch...quick and easy.

i take a chicken breast seasoned with garlic and cooked ina pan with a bit of pam spray.

cut it up and put it in a whole wheat tortilla (warm the tortilla over the stove)

add tomatoes, lettuce, reduced fat feta and some low cal dressing( i use ceasar spray) and enjoy.

it really is sooooo easy and sooo yummy. also you can drop the feta and add salsa for a mexican wrap....ole'!lol

MMmm sounds really good! The only problem now is that there is drool all over my keyboard :/

cooked ina pan with a bit of pam spray.

That stuff is the greatest substitute for greasing up a pan. Love it.

another idea...

What I do is, on the weekend I cook up a bunch of chicken breasts, either in the oven or BBQ, and then make various wraps / fahitas / salads during the week. It is so convenient, yummy and healthy.

Have your tried making a salad with chicken, strawberries and poppy seed dressing? It is awesome.

only problem is i cannot eat reheated chicken....it just tastes disgusting to me.....everyone says im crazy but never liked it.

Everyone has their quirks...

It's too bad about the chicken, cause it's just so easy. But hey, I can eat a hand full of raisons or trail mix, but put a raison in my muffin, cereal, pie, or anything at all and I will gag.....lol.

Holy crap, I just got hungry. Haha. Thank you for this recipe honey! I have all of these ingredients in my fridge, so I'll have to try this!

Sometimes I just can't eat chicken. =/ I'm not a veg or vegan, but ... one day, I'll give this a shot. Thks!
