My new diet suggestions needed.

Iam doing alot of weight lifting and at the same time trying to lose this fat and eat healthier so here it is.

9-10am Cheerios 2%Milk

12-1pm Tuna with green onions maybe two hardboiled eggs no yolk.

3-4pm Whey Proteinshake

6pm 2 whiting fillets with about 1-2cups of frozen veggies.

9pm Chicken breast with more frozen veggies or greens.

I also throw a bannna in somewhere in the day.I might start drinking another shake before bedtime because I dont think iam getting enough protein in.


I do 30 min of cardio a day on a tredmill and have a weight lifting routine ive been hitting.

What all should I put in this diet to make it better for gaining muscle and losing the fat? Because I assume iam gonna gain more weight since ill be gaining muscle.

lean beef
stirloin beef
tuna(water packed)
atlantic salmon
swordfish
cod
lobster
shrimp
egg whites (for every 5 eggs have a yolk)
peanuts
cashews
cottage cheese
