Here's what yesterday was like...
B-lowfat cottage cheese w/pineapple
S-banana
L-salad w/ low cal italian dressing
S-coffee (too busy)
D-Sizzler grilled salmen, brocoli, cantelope, honey dew melon
8+ glasses water

1 hr of moderate activity.....
cool!

I am so motivated now

So far I have lost 9 pounds! I am loving this. You know what's the best part of this? I know I can keep living this lifestyle. I am making good choices most of the time. When it's not a good choice I just eat less. Keeping active hasn't been a drag like I thought it would too.:)
 
E-GADS! *ish jealous* Wow, that's really good. I should try some things that you're doing. The cottage cheese and pineapple sounds good and the dinner made me so hungry. Good job.

L-budget gormet tv dinner (rice,beef,sauce & bell peppers) wow! under 300cals.
S-snack bag of chips(baked)
Not sure about dinner yet but I'll probably have salad tonight.
 
Yesterday I blew it!

I only drank like 2 glasses of water, I was hungry all day and for dinner I had 2 hot dogs and tator tots!
B-6 in subway sand.(under 300 cals)
S-banana,1 vanilla waffer
L-turkey sandwich on wheat bread,7 triskit crackers
S-Valentines party w/ my kids and daycare...1 sm. slice of chocolate cake, 1 scoop of rasberry sherbert,2 sugar cookies:(
D-2 hot dogs, tator tots.
This morning I woke up & my face is puffy. I'm going to try to stay motivated :eek:
 
I'm back

I've been doing horrible! I'm trying to get it together again. I have been giving up. I hate feeling like this. I was feeling on top of the world, I thought it would last forever. I had that 1 bad day and it has completely thrown me off track.... I hope I can reach my goals.

:eek: i completely know that feeling! but i have this little thing i call an "excuse me" day...after u work so hard ur body deserves a little reward or a break, u cant expect it to be perfect ALL the time..nothin ever is right:D ...so u blew it for a while?:cool: stay cool...u can still do it..that was just a temporary gliche, anyone can reach their goals :) and u can too...i believe in u :D just think...if u did great for a while, a bad while doesnt mean u cant be great again! :Dpower 2 da ppl lol im such a drip...u can ignore the silly part of me...:p but the rest makes sense...right? :confused: hehe good luck!!

Thanks for your encouragement...I had a much better day yesterday and I started today with a 20 minute workout.:D
So I'm back to me happy self.
 
Glad to hear you are feeling better, and got back to exercising. I know just how frustrating this whole dieting thing is. I have been stuck on a plateau for two weeks now, and its driving me crazy! All that hard work for no results. It is maddening.

But we can't give up, because there is no good in that either. Best thing to do when you feel discouraged is to wait it out, and then get back on track (which you have already done!)

Hang in there! It will get better! :)
 
you could try zigzagging. actually its more like 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800. then back down again. might want to try that every so often to trick your body but you must stick to it and not let it spiral out of control. 1 bad day wont kill you, dont wait til tomorrow to start fresh. do it now!
 
back on track...

So yesterday was pretty good...
b- oatmeal/raisons
s-banana
l-spaghetti,veggies,1/2apple
s-triskits
d-1 chicken leg(baked)w/bell pepper,rice,brocolli,1 piece garlic bread
+ lots of water( I hate having to go to the bathroom every hour!)
I did a 20 min workout in the morning and then later took a fast 1 mile walk, then before bed I did some exersizes for my arms,abs and legs.
 
well done! ur defintly back on track :) our bodies lose about 500mls of water per hour, so i always find if i down a whole 600mls bottle at once its completely gone about 1hr and a half later and usually leaves my body all together and its a whole 600mls out of my way :p lol is that cheating? oh well hehe :p
