Hello Everyone!

My name is Brad I was born in Florida but have been raised in Michigan! I am an entrepreneur that is taking some time off from college. I have grown up playing sports all of my life which has kept me in shape. For the past two years i haven't been active what so ever!

Which has brought me here to chat with fellow weight loss and exercisers. I am looking to build my knowledge in different exercises a long with eating habits..
