Hi everyone.
I am a 28 year old female (soon to be 29) and weigh 220lbs.
When I was in my early 20's I weighed about the same as I do now but in a span of 6 months I lost 75lbs, weighed 145 lbs and at a size 5. I stayed that way for about 2 years and then slowly gained it all back. I am back to square one and want to lose all this extra weight again.
My goal is to weight 165 lbs as I was really tiny when I was at my lowest weight and people always thought I was too boney and sick looking.
I don't have many friends so I need extra motivation to keep working out so I thought joining this forum would be a good place to start. I also thought it would be a good place to get people to talk me out of ordering fast food when the mood strikes.
My first goal is to workout 30 days in a row with hopes of forming a habit. This past week I worked out 3 times but not in a row. But it's a start... right?
