hi everybody my name is snoopy,

i have been on a diet and fitness regime now for 3 weeks.

I am 24 years old and 6 foot 1 and currently weighing in at 273 lbs

I started 3 weeks ago weighing in at 286 lbs losing on average 4lbs a week.

I would like to stay at the fat loss rate i am at of 4 lbs a week.

I am on a strict calorie controlled diet of between 1000 and 1400 calories a day.

I start the day with either all bran fibre cereal (200cal) or porridge oats(200cal). i have 2 shakes both with no fat or carbs with 20 grams of protein each with 100ml of skimmed milk(300 cal total). My main meal consists of either fish or chicken breast(200cal) with roasted veg in little oil or boiled veg(300) and cottage cheese(100). Maybe a little rice or bread is added to the diet no more than 200 calories and 1 piece of fruit a day.

I have stuck to this diet strictly for 2 weeks and have done weight training 4 times a week intensively for 30 minutes meaning i have felt very tired afterwards.

My aim is to be at 225lbs by june at 4lbs a week in march and 3lbs a week in april and may and june.

I would really appreciate any advice you would have to offer me I am ready to answer any questions that you may want to know in helping me reach this goal. I do not want to lose any muscle or water weight just fat loss that is why i need help.

Could you also which vegatables are good in my weight loss aim as in high fibre low sugar

Thank you for taking time out to read this.

First of all, it seems like you aren't eating nearly enough calories per day. Also, I'm no expert in nutrition but I have a fair sense of knowledge from being a chef. If you are trying to stay away from vegetables that are high in sugar, I would recommend avoiding beets. carrots, butternut squash, corn, peas and artichokes. Those all have a high sugar content for vegetables.

hi thanks for that what about greens like spinach and broccoli. I was thinking of introducing canned spinach in my diet as it is a good source of iron. Do you no any ther source of high fibre food which is low in carbs and fats.
