I've gone in for my first weigh in with my dietitian today and I'm very proud to announce my weight loss of 1.5kg (3.3lbs) in my first week.
I'm so happy with this loss as I really can see now that I DON'T have to cut out carbs to lose weight, I just have to eat smart carbs.
What's so great about my plan? I didn't at all feel as if I had been restricked or starved. I had plenty of variety, and along with my 3 main meals, I had 2-3 snacks a day also.
I'm over the moon and looking forward to another week!
