My journey so far

So I started this Journey to a healthy lifestyle 10 weeks ago. I have been over weight for the majority of my life. I have been married for going on 3 years and my wife and I finally decided it was time to take control. 10 Weeks ago we signed up for a program called Farrells eXtreme body shaping. I honestly feel like this program along with a proper diet is helping me get my life back on track. We just signed up to continue it for a year. We work out 6 days a week with a mixture of kickboxing cardio and resistance training. Thought I would share my 10 week progress so far. Looking forward to much more changes as time goes on. I hate my before picture but it is motivating me to push harder and harder so I never go back to it. Thanks for taking the time to read my post!
