Hi friends,
This is Gaurav 28 years male
my weight 98 kgs
height 165 cms
want to losse 25 kgs
from 4 jan-2010 i am completely on fruits and little bit boiled vegetables. and i take 60 mints walk from office to home 5days a week.in 7 days i have lost approximately 2 and half kilograms
I am worried if this diet is healthy or not.
Could u guys tell me the do,s and dont,s of dieting
i take
papaya and pineaple in morning
lunch is full of raw vegetabls
dinner:- little bit boiled vegetables and a glass of skimmed milk
