My groin hurts after every workout

This is a serious post. I just started working out about 2 weeks ago and I do a routine of Chest/Tri, Back/Bi, Legs/Abs/Shoulders. I do each muscle about twice a week. I think that I'm lifting correctly, I use my muscles to lift the weight and I try not to put any pressure under my stomach. Everynight after I work out though, my balls are sore and seem to hurt. I really have no idea what to do. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I think it's your diet. I think you are just lacking nutrition of certain vitamins and just need to eat healthy. If it's not that, maybe you need to eat more or less of certain foods.

I eat around 6 meals a day, mostly consisting of fruit, vegetables, and usually chicken. Sometimes I eat fish but I'm not really a big fan to be honest. I have around 1400 calories a day. Should I be eating more? I weigh 175 and I'm 5'10.

dude, get to a doctor now!

it might be something minor, pulled groin muscle
it might be something slightly serious like a hernia
it might be something REALLY serious like testicular cancer.

who knows? A doctor, that's who!

Use this calculator to find how many calories you should consume:

I used to have the same problem and eating more seemed to help, but still, you should go see a doctor and hope you just have the same problem I did. I never went to the doctor.

Yeah it could be a number of things, see if you can feel for any lumps thats the first thing you need to do. Along with possible cancer (which if it were has the highest success rate), it could be inflammation of the epididdymis or calcium depositions..

You should probably lay off the weights for a while(a week). You might have worked too hard and just need to rest. A lack of calories does not make your testicles hurt, but a lack of vitamins can( and other bones, organs and muscles for that matter), which is why I suggested eating more.

Quit yer jibba jabba and get to a doctor pretty damn quick.
No one likes having to go to a doctor to have their balls examined but the possible consequences of not reporting it now could be awful.

im glad somebody brought this up because i have a similar problem. except it seems to happen to me at random times. im not quite sure wuts triggering it but i'll do something and i'll get a horrible pain then a few seconds later it'll go away.

Definitley see a doctor. When dealing with possible serious injury with your balls, I wouldn't take any chances. Go!
