Hello peoples of this forum
I've recently found myself getting back into old habits which I didn't like, and so I decided to get myself in rehabilitation before things went too far...(and I know where that road leads).
I'm in my second year of university and I've recently lost quite a bit of weight. In my first year, I was living on residence and I barely moved. Class was 5 minutes away, and everything I needed was in a moments reach. Food was served 3 times a day, with snacks, and fast food trucks were parked outside. And I didn't believe in the freshman 15, until I came to be a proud owner of the freshman 20! And in January a series of unfortunate events quickly prompted me to lose the weight (by then I had reached 205lbs). So now 49lbs short, I've come into that stage where the only conversation I have with myself is: "What's one cookie? One cookie doesn't make a difference. One cookie? Two? Three? Four...FIVE MAX. I'll work it off tomorrow." And, tomorrow never comes. I need to get back to some sort of self-discipline, some sort of exercise. My goal is to lose more fat, get fitter, more toned, and healthier so that I can run that 10k marathon that happened 2 weeks ago that I was suppose to be training for 3 months ago -.-'
Any advice is welcomed, and any support is greatly appreciated
and if you feel I may be of use to you, I'd love to help!

Btw, I'm 19, 5'9", today 156 lbs, and you can call me Skye ^^
