Hello everyone! I hope to meet friends and find and give support on this site
I started out at 190lbs at the beginning of this month, and so far I've lost 11lbs. I exercise every morning, I do 60min. on the Nordic Track and I do a Billy's Bootcamp dvd too. Sometimes I need motivation and encouragment! Well I guess that's all for now, this is my first post so I'm not really sure what else to say
