In a nutshell. 10 years ago, I was 5'9, 200 pounds. I had a very physical job, busy life and had finally realized that it was harder than it had to be because I was heavy. Introduced to Weight Watchers, I lost 30 pounds and felt fantastic.
Throughout the years, I was able to maintain the 170, then I changed to an office job where I sit on my eester all day long. I knew my muscle tone was diminishing, but the weight remained the same, until last fall when I starting creaping up little by little.
Unfortunately, I fell very ill for several months and my weight dropped to 146. No eating, no exercising has reaked havoc on my body. Whoever says that you can lose weight by not eating is correct, but honestly? I thought my body looked like crap with no muscle under the skin, I had no energy, and my skin and hair were terrible.
I'm back to healthy again, but the weight came back on so fast once I began eating again. I'm back up to 170 again, but it is 'fat weight'... it isn't pretty
.
Which brings me here to this forum. I have been trying to work out regularily and eating healthy. The hope is that I can be accountable to you all and stay motivated by everyone's success.
Thanks for your help
